Refund policy

1. All Sales are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size preference, or "buyer’s remorse."

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within [ 48 hours] of delivery.

To initiate a claim:

  • Attach clear photos or a short video of the damage and the original packaging.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within [2 hours] of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

[Curated.Chic] is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
